Job description

• Delivering the best clinical care in accordance with legislation, and practice within a professional and ethical framework
• Completing comprehensive, individual assessments and care plants for new and existing residents
• Ensuring timely and accurate documentation including ACFI.

Requirements

• Current Nursing Registration with AHPRA Registration (we can assist you to apply)
• At least 2 years nursing experience
• Completed a Bachelor of Nursing
• Excellent communication and clinical documentation skills
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Experience working within an Aged Care or similar environment
• A commitment to keeping yourself and others safe
