Grace Xie, CEO and Founder (MARN: 0211694)

Grace Xie founded AMRC in 2001, combining her extensive experience in healthcare recruitment and migration services. As a former registered nurse with over two decades in healthcare recruitment, she became a registered migration agent in 2002, specialising in complex visa matters. Her unique expertise in both healthcare and migration allows her to deliver tailored, strategic solutions for employers and employees, ensuring seamless workforce integration. Grace also holds an MBA from Monash University.

Ashley Cooper, South Australian Associate

Ashley has worked at an executive level for more than 30 years including at a CEO level for over 20. With qualifications in Accounting and Health Service Management he managed numerous Private Hospitals and the largest single site independent Residential Aged Care facility in SA.

Tina Cooper, South Australian Associate

Tina Cooper has been in executive roles for more than 20 years in both health and aged care.  Her most recent executive roles have been in Clinical Governance and operational leadership of residential and retirement living at Resthaven Inc.

Paul MacGibbon, Business Development Manager

Mr Paul MacGibbon is a Registered Nurse with over 35 years of Nursing  experience.
Bringing his valuable experience, knowledge of the health care sector and personable demeanour Paul joined the AMRC team in 2025 and is excited by the opportunity to develop and work with business partners to support and assist with staff recruitment, retention and migration challenges

Michelle Zhao, Senior Migration Agent (MARN: 1805532)

Holding a Master’s Degree in Accounting and a Graduate Diploma in Marketing, Michelle is a Registered Migration Agent who has been providing expert immigration services since 2018, helping individuals and businesses navigate Australia’s complex migration system with confidence and care.

Helen Yuan, Senior Consultant (CPA)

Helen is a Senior Consultant at AMRC, specialising in business visas and organisational structure. With a Master of Commerce and CPA accreditation, she has been providing expert guidance since 2017, leveraging her attention to detail and ability to solve complex financial matters.

Tracy Cheng, Senior Recruitment Consultant (MARN: 1385553)

Tracy is an experienced Recruitment Consultant and Migration Agent at AMRC, where she has been providing expert services since 2012. Holding a Master of Education, Tracy combines her extensive knowledge in recruitment and migration to deliver personalised solutions with professionalism and care.

Isabelle Gassin, Recruitment Consultant

Isabelle is an experienced Recruitment Consultant specialising in healthcare professionals, connecting top talent with leading employers. Holding a Bachelor in Health Science and backed by over a decade of experience in the healthcare sector, she offers deep industry expertise and a strategic approach to workforce solutions.

Hue Hoang Minh Vo, Senior Consultant

Hue is an experienced Business Development Manager with extensive expertise in the Vietnamese market. She has a deep understanding of Vietnam’s business environment and a strong network that enables her to support clients in exploring business opportunities. Her dedication to assisting individuals and investors in their transition to new markets. She holds a Bachelor of International Business and Master of Commerce.

Ngoc Uyen Tam (Tam) Nguyen, Visa Processing Assistant

Tam plays a vital role in facilitating the connection between RMA and clients throughout the migration journey. She is highly skilled in document preparation, multitasking, and maintaining exceptional attention to detail while delivering outstanding client service. With a strong background in client communication and document management, Tam efficiently supports the team, ensuring a seamless and efficient process for clients. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology.

Thi Thai Vy (Alex) Pham, Visa Processing Assistant

Alex demonstrates a strong sense of responsibility and meticulous attention to detail. She proactively assists clients in preparing the necessary documentation for their visa applications. She continuously strives to enhance her skills to provide the highest quality service to clients. Alex holds a Bachelor of Law.

Hoang Kim Ngon (Ara) Nguyen, Visa Processing Assistant

Ara is responsible for thoroughly preparing required documents and acts as a liaison between RMA and clients, ensuring accurate communication. A sociable, detail-oriented, and good listener, Ara is committed to maintaining a friendly and professional environment, helping clients achieve their desired results and experience the highest level of satisfaction during their time with AMRC. She holds a Bachelor of English Language Studies.
