Investment Completion Deadline: All investments must be completed within 6 months of initial application approval (with a maximum extension of 6 months).
No English Language Requirement: The removal of the English requirement lowers the application threshold.
Expanded Investment Options: Investors can now invest in commercial real estate and new property developments, offering greater flexibility.
New Zealand’s Minister of Immigration, Erica Stanford, stated that these reforms will simplify and enhance the flexibility of the investor visa policy, encouraging investors to choose New Zealand as their destination for a prosperous future.
