Welcoming our South Australian Associates

We are pleased to welcome Ashley and Tina Cooper as our new South Australian Associates. Both Ashley and Tina have extensive experience in Health and Aged Care.

Ashley has worked at an executive level for more than 30 years including at a CEO level for over 20. With qualifications in Accounting and Health Service Management he managed numerous Private Hospitals and the largest single site independent Residential Aged Care facility in SA. Throughout his career Ashley has maintained an exemplary record with Accreditation achievements with both the Aged Care Quality Standards and National Safety and Quality Health Service Standards. As a senior leader Ashley has been actively involved in Industry associations supporting and representing all providers. Ashley has been a supporter of AMRC for 20 years and AMRC is pleased to welcome him as an Associate in South Australia.

Tina Cooper has been in executive roles for more than 20 years in both health and aged care.  Her most recent executive roles have been in Clinical Governance and operational leadership of residential and retirement living at Resthaven Inc.

Prior to her time with Resthaven, Tina worked as an executive nurse leader in private hospitals across the nation, including Ramsay Health Care where she first met and worked with Grace Xie from AMRC when the travelled together to recruit Nurses for Ramsay hospitals across Australia.

As a senior Registered Nurse, Tina’s passion is best practice high quality health and aged care services whilst recognising the ongoing need to ensure staff are provided with up-to-date skills and knowledge to be the best they can be in their roles.
