Welcoming our Business Development Manager

Mr Paul MacGibbon is a Registered Nurse with over 35 years of Nursing  experience.

Paul has worked in a variety of environments including Emergency Departments, Aged Care and Community.

Paul spent the early part of his career (10 years) specialising in Urology and worked as an Urology Nurse Consultant at St Vincents Public Hospital Melbourne.

Paul then transitioned to Austin Health and worked in the Emergency Department for 22 years as an Aged Care Nurse Consultant, Care Coordinator and Manager of the Emergency Care Coordination Team.

Throughout his Nursing career, Paul has personally helped and impacted the lives and pathways of over 100 thousand people throughout Emergency Departments, Inpatient Care, Aged and Disability Care, and the Community by assessing vulnerable people in crisis and ill health and providing pathways of care to regain and maintain independent and healthy lives.

Bringing his valuable experience, knowledge of the health care sector and personable demeanour Paul joined the AMRC team in 2025 and is excited by the opportunity to develop and work with business partners to support and assist with staff recruitment, retention and migration challenges.
